Project Manager (Taxation)

Job Title: Project Manager (Project Lead)
Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Own overall project management and governance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Establish project charters, reporting frameworks, and risk logs.
• Lead weekly and monthly progress reviews and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Manage scope, budget, and timeline across multiple workstreams and vendor sub-teams.
• Drive issue and risk management by maintaining risk/issue registers and mitigation plans.
• Implement change control procedures.
• Act as the primary liaison to leadership and steering committees.

Requirements:

• Proven project leadership experience on large-scale IT implementations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Expertise in risk and issue management, as well as change control.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred for local engagement.
• Familiarity with public-sector or tax authority projects is an advantage.
