Job Title: Project Manager (Project Lead)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall project management and governance.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
- Establish project charters, reporting frameworks, and risk logs.
- Lead weekly and monthly progress reviews and provide status reporting to leadership.
- Manage scope, budget, and timeline across multiple workstreams and vendor sub-teams.
- Drive issue and risk management by maintaining risk/issue registers and mitigation plans.
- Implement change control procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison to leadership and steering committees.
Requirements:
- Proven project leadership experience on large-scale IT implementations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Expertise in risk and issue management, as well as change control.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred for local engagement.
- Familiarity with public-sector or tax authority projects is an advantage.
