Job Summary: Virtual Oplossing is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to
oversee multiple ongoing web development, full-stack, and SEO projects. The candidate will manage both internal teams and international clients (primarily from the US), ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth project execution. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Web, Full-Stack, and SEO projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with US-based clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate between in-house teams — developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA and BDM's — to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Create and maintain project timelines, sprint plans, and progress documentation using Click Up, Asana, or similar tools.
• Monitor project quality, performance, and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Review and validate technical deliverables — websites, APIs, SEO reports, etc.
• Handle resource allocation, task prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Identify project risks, delays, or bottlenecks early and provide solutions.
• Support the leadership team in improving development and delivery processes.
• Prepare weekly project reports and performance summaries for management review.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 4.5+ years of proven experience in Web Development / Full-Stack Project
• Management / SEO Project Delivery.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as PHP, Laravel, React, Node.js, WordPress, and API integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO strategy, reporting, and technical optimization.
• Experience managing teams of developers, designers, and SEO executives.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Trello, Jira, or Asana).
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written (client-facing).
• Ability to manage overlapping projects and deadlines across time zones.
