Qualifications / Requirements

Experience managing tower projects with more than 30 floors

minimum 14 years experience,

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing complex execution.

Strong ability to manage:

Project planning and schedules (Schedules)

Budgeting, cost control, and tracking variances
-
Quality management (QA/QC) and compliance with specifications

Risk management and escalation procedures

Leadership and coordination skills with:

Main contractors and subcontractors
-
Consultant / Owner (as applicable)
-
Government and supporting authorities (if required)

Knowledge of
Health & Safety
procedures and site risk management.
Responsibilities

Lead the project from preparation through
handover
, ensuring delivery of scope within
time/cost/quality
targets.

Follow up on site execution and coordinate daily/weekly activities across all stakeholders.

Prepare and review execution plans and provide regular progress reports to the owner/consultant.

Ensure works are delivered according to drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

Manage contractors and vendors and verify adherence to project programs.
-
Track and approve project stages and works, and handle technical comments, issues, and observations.
