Project Manager – Tower Projects

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience managing tower projects with more than 30 floors
• minimum 14 years experience,
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing complex execution.
• Strong ability to manage:
• Project planning and schedules (Schedules)
• Budgeting, cost control, and tracking variances
• Quality management (QA/QC) and compliance with specifications
• Risk management and escalation procedures
• Leadership and coordination skills with:
• Main contractors and subcontractors
• Consultant / Owner (as applicable)
• Government and supporting authorities (if required)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and site risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from preparation through handover , ensuring delivery of scope within time/cost/quality targets.
• Follow up on site execution and coordinate daily/weekly activities across all stakeholders.
• Prepare and review execution plans and provide regular progress reports to the owner/consultant.
• Ensure works are delivered according to drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Manage contractors and vendors and verify adherence to project programs.
• Track and approve project stages and works, and handle technical comments, issues, and observations.
