Project Manager – Villas & Building Projects Construction

We are looking for experienced Project Managers / Site Engineers / Construction Supervisors who have experience handling villa construction, building projects, demolition, renovation, structural work, and site operations.

Preferred candidates should have experience in: Villa construction projects Residential & commercial buildings Site management & supervision Civil construction operations Material handling & site coordination Contractor & labor management Construction Site:

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in construction projects Fresh candidates with strong site knowledge can also apply Knowledge of villa or building construction process Ability to manage site activities and workers Good communication and coordination skills Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and site teams

Skills: Project coordination Site inspection & reporting Construction planning Team management Vendor handling Knowledge of building materials and site
