PROJECT MANAGER (w/ Construction Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction team.

Position: Project Manager – Construction

Location: Sharjah / UAE

Experience Required:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience in handling building construction projects from initiation to completion
• UAE construction experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects efficiently
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and material requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Prepare project reports and conduct regular site meetings
• Resolve project-related issues and provide effective solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Primavera/MS Project
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• UAE Driving License is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:
