Project Manager - Wastewater and Lift Stations

The Packaged Wastewater Treatment System Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of packaged wastewater treatment systems and lift stations for various clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

**Project Management**

- Lead and coordinate packaged wastewater treatment system projects from conception to completion

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively

**Technical Oversight**

- Review and approve system designs, plans, and specifications for packaged wastewater treatment plants

- Provide technical guidance on treatment process selection, equipment sizing, and system optimization

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to system performance and operation

- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in packaged wastewater treatment technologies

**Client and Stakeholder Management**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders

- Prepare and deliver project presentations and reports

- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations

- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations

**Team Leadership**

- Supervise and mentor project team members, including engineers, technicians, and contractors

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members

- Coordinate work between various disciplines and stakeholders

**Quality and Compliance**

- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations

- Implement and enforce safety protocols for system installation and maintenance activities

- Oversee the development of operation and maintenance manuals for packaged treatment systems

Qualifications

- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, lift stations, equipment, and regulatory requirements

- Proficiency in project management software and CAD programs

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

- Ability to visit project sites, which may involve climbing ladders, walking on uneven surfaces, and exposure to wastewater environments

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
