Project Manager — Web Design, Development & Marketing

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee multiple web and marketing projects from planning through launch. You will act as the operational lead between design, development, content, and QA teams. Ensuring timelines are clear, deliverables are met, and quality standards remain high.

You should be comfortable reviewing Figma designs, coordinating development workflows, managing manual QA, and keeping marketing deliverables aligned with business goals.

ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership

• Manage timelines for website builds, landing pages, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate daily workflows between designers, developers, writers, and QA
• Lead internal meetings and track project progress
• Ensure deliverables stay aligned with scope and deadlines

Web Design & Development Coordination

• Review Figma files and prepare projects for development handoff
• Work directly with web developers on timelines and execution
• Understand responsive design, UX structure, and modern web standards
• Help translate creative direction into actionable development tasks

Content & Marketing Management

• Coordinate content writers to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy
• Work alongside marketing teams to support campaign launches
• Maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects

QA & Launch Oversight

• Manage manual QA processes before launch
• Track revisions and approvals
• Ensure final deliverables meet Fancy Lab’s quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing web design, development, or digital marketing projects
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and web design workflows
• Experience managing developers and technical teams
• Understanding of marketing, ecommerce, or agency environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Shopify or ecommerce website builds
• Agency environment experience
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana
• Understanding of SEO or performance marketing workflows

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager who understands both marketing and web development. Someone who can confidently manage designers, developers, content teams, and QA while keeping projects moving efficiently.

This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment and takes ownership of execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
