Project Manager (with High Rise Building Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and completing large-scale tower projects while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines are strictly met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using MS Project/Primavera P6.
• Manage site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and construction supervisors.
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Work closely with consultants, architects, clients, and authorities for approvals and progress updates.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and control project documentation.
• Manage the project budget: track expenses, approve materials, and prevent cost overruns.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and local regulations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
• Lead coordination meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Strong experience delivering high-rise or tower projects (20+ floors).
• Excellent knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, authority procedures, and local standards.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
