Project Manager/Architect

Mimar Models is seeking a qualified and experienced Architect / Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee architectural Physical Model Making process from Editing stage to final handover
• Coordinate with client and internal teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved designs
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with local regulations
• Handle client coordination, meetings, and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in project management and client coordination
• Proficiency in all architectural software including AutoCAD, project planning tools, and MS Office
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
