Project Manager(Female)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Female) to oversee and manage telecom site deployment and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project activities—from planning to execution—are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards. She will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for telecom site deployments.
• Manage end-to-end project execution including site acquisition, civil works, installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and address issues proactively.

3. Resource & Vendor Management

• Allocate manpower and materials efficiently.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Manage procurement activities and track material delivery for all telecom sites.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all project activities meet telecom industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil, electrical, and installation activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all sites (SAR, I&C reports, BOQ, as-built drawings, etc.).

5. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and track actual expenditure.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely processing.

6. Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks or delays and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project interruptions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
