Job Title: Physical Readiness Project Manager / UAE NATIONAL / MALE
We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner with a valid HAAD license and a minimum of two years of experience to work as a Project Manager for holistic healthcare and physical readiness project. The role involves leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, including dietitians, physiotherapists, sports scientists, and psychologists, to deliver integrated and patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee holistic healthcare and physical readiness projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and address operational and clinical challenges.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and health outcomes.
Requirements and Skills:
- Emirati national.
- Medical degree with a valid HAAD license.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to commute within Ajman, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Liwa.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in holistic healthcare, health promotion, and wellbeing.
