Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Interior Projects to lead and manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves planning, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of interior works while ensuring adherence to design, budget, and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

· 8 to 20 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or corporate buildings.

· Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

· Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and execution practices.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation/handling of project-related documentation.

· Willingness to travel and work at multiple project sites across Kerala, with Ernakulam as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and furnishing works at project sites.

· Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.

· Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

· Supervise site activities to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and manpower deployment at site.

· Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards at all times.

· Identify and resolve on-site technical, execution, and coordination issues.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and site records until project handover.
