Project Manager(Mandarin& English)

Duties：

1. Full-cycle Project Management
Oversee industrial and construction project progress, track key milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.

2. Safety & Site Management
Supervise on-site safety compliance with **OSHA standards**, inspect construction procedures, and conduct safety training and meetings.

3. Subcontractor Management
Source, evaluate, and select subcontractors; coordinate scopes of work, schedules, and manage subcontractor performance and progress.

4.Labor & Time Management
Track daily worker hours, maintain accurate attendance records, and manage labor resources.

5. Communication & Coordination
Liaise with owners, designers, and contractors to resolve on-site issues and conflicts; align schedules and resources across all parties.

Experience：
1. Background: Major in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (EM), or related field.

2. Skills: Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

3. Qualities: Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese; ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced industrial job site environments.

4. New graduates are welcome. The company provides hands-on mentorship from senior Project Managers to develop talents in industrial construction from the ground up.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
