Role summary

The Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of Technology initiatives, ensuring predictable outcomes through our Delivery Models ( waterfall, Agile & Hybrid) ,The role drives scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, compliance, and stakeholder alignment—while ensuring delivery evidence is traceable in approved tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and that resource and billing inputs reflect realistic, approved allocations.

Key responsibilities

1) Project delivery & change execution

• Lead project initiation, planning, and delivery using the approved methodologies.
• Translate approved BRDs into an executable delivery approach: milestones, sprint plan, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and release plan.
• Manage delivery across development, QA, BA, architecture, security, and customer stakeholders; ensure cross-track coordination.
• Ensure readiness for UAT and production deployment (entry/exit criteria, sign-offs, release notes, support handover, rollback readiness).

2) Planning discipline & scope integrity

• Run discovery and planning activities
• Maintain baseline plans and manage variance transparently (scope/schedule/cost) with corrective actions and escalation when required.
• Own and enforce scope control and decision logging: trade-offs, constraints, assumptions, dependencies.

3) Governance, risk, and compliance (fintech-grade)

• Apply PMO governance: stage gates, required artefacts, audit readiness, and decision traceability.
• Maintain risk, issue, and dependency registers; proactively drive mitigation and timely escalations.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are embedded in delivery (required assessments, evidence tracking, secure release practices, and approval workflows where applicable).

4) Stakeholder & customer management

• Act as the primary delivery interface for customer PMs and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance ceremonies: kick-off, weekly status, sprint ceremonies (as applicable), steering updates, and executive escalations.
• Manage expectations through clear communication, decision transparency, and early warning indicators.

5) Financial management & billing integrity

• Plan and track delivery budget and burn (where applicable), and maintain alignment with approved quotations/estimates.
• Provide Finance/Accounting with effort/manday inputs only from approved baselines and actual allocations—and continuously reconcile variance.

6) Resource & capacity coordination (matrix environment)

• Build resource demand plans per role and phase; validate availability with functional leads and PMO.
• Track actual utilization vs baseline and initiate corrective actions for overload/underutilization risks.
• Escalate resource conflicts using the defined escalation path and maintain allocation change logs.

7) Delivery reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement

• Maintain accurate project records and evidence in the approved systems (Azure DevOps/PMIS/SharePoint as defined).
• Produce timely status reports with meaningful performance indicators (schedule/cost/quality/defects/UAT readiness/risks).
• Lead retrospectives and ensure closure of improvement actions; contribute lessons learned to the knowledge repository.

8) People leadership

• Lead and coach assigned project team members (directly or matrixed) to deliver against objectives.
• Set clear goals, ensure role clarity, provide feedback, and support capability building aligned with PMO standards.
• Manage self and team in line with Seer's people management policies, procedures, processes, and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance
• Adhere to Company’s Policies, Process, Systems and Procedures.
• Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that Seer delivers best-in-class services, products, and innovation

Required Competency

• Strong Project delivery execution (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Commercial and delivery integrity mindset (estimate realism, allocation discipline, billing control).
• Excellent stakeholder management in regulated/banking contexts.
• Solid command of delivery metrics, RAID, change control, and release readiness.
• Strong documentation discipline and audit-ready traceability.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution in matrix resource environments.

Tools & ways of working (expected)

• Azure DevOps (backlog, sprint tracking, defects, traceability)
• Standard PMO templates and governance ceremonies
• Risk/Issue/Change logs and decision registers
• Reporting cadence aligned to PMO performance expectations

Qualifications & experience (suggested)

• 5 to 7 years project management experience in tech delivery ,
• Banking or Fintech domain is an added advantage.
• Arabic speak huge plus
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certs (CSM/PSM) preferred.
