Project Mgr/Operations Asst
Small Vallejo based generator service company/contractor seeks project manager – operations/office assistant with the following skills –
· Familiarity with standard office software -Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Drive, etc
· Ordering job materials as needed by our techs
· Proof reading invoices prior to submission
· Coordinating service reports and finding with customers
· Assisting office manager in numerous tasks – Quickbooks entries, accounts payable-receivable, become an emergency back-up to the office manager
· Coordinate regulatory certs –(our techs need to be up to date on various certifications), business licenses, insurance details
Part time (20 hr/week) to full time, dependent upon applicant. Full benefits package and best-in-the business compensation- health care, holidays, vacation, retirement for full time employee.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
