A Fort Worth, TX family is looking for a project manager / executive assistant to join the Private Estate Team. The candidate should be multi-dimensional and willing and able to perform any task required in a busy home, formal or informal.
Compensation will be 10% greater than your current proven compensation, with benefits.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendar scheduling for all activities and meetings
- Helping to managing large scale construction projects
- Managing inventory for both the home and off-site storage locations
- Helping to manage security staff
- Coordinate/Follow through on household purchases of furnishings and accessories.
- Assist in managing household staff
- Assisting with planning and organizing social and holiday events
- Following checklists - every employee and every activity has a checklist and a procedure. You must be detail oriented and enjoy following checklists and making sure others follow the procedures diligently.
- Working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm with occasional special occasion coverage 1x/month on average
- Part of a team of over 20 professionals managing 4 properties locally
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to commit to this role for at least 2 years.
- Have good Excel and Word skills
- Field-related degree not required but a plus
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Have explored AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive work, synthesize information, or support decision-making and be able to demonstrate such solutions.
