Project Manager/Superintendent

We are hiring a Project Manager / Superintendent to take full ownership of our exterior projects and uphold the quality and reputation our brand is built on.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing exterior remodeling projects from contract to completion.

You will oversee all field operations across siding, window replacement, roofing, decking, and exterior carpentry ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and at a 5-star standard.

This role is ideal for someone who has:

• Extensive project management experience in exterior remodeling
• Owned or operated a construction company Key Responsibilities
• Manage all exterior projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee jobsite operations, crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure all projects meet 5-star quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and production timelines
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
• Communicate proactively with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or profitability
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth project handoff
• Use BuilderTrend or similar software to manage schedules, communication, and documentation
• Train and develop crews as needed to maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency
• Enforce jobsite standards, safety, and professionalism
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction and review readiness

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in exterior construction or project management
• Or prior ownership of a construction or remodeling business
• Strong knowledge of siding, windows, roofing, decking, and exterior carpentry
• Experience with BuilderTrend or similar software preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans and construction documents
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
