Project Manager/UI/UX Design

Doodle Technologies is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate our UI/UX design projects across web and mobile platforms. Minimum of 3 years Experience. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our design team, developers, and clients — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.

This is not a design role, but a project coordination and client-facing role with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage UI/UX design projects from planning to delivery

· Gather project requirements from clients and communicate effectively with internal teams

· Coordinate tasks between UI/UX designers, developers, and content teams

· Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like ClickUp or Trello

· Conduct client meetings and manage feedback loops efficiently

· Ensure designs are implemented accurately during development

· Handle quality checks and approvals before delivery

· Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in agency environments or fast-paced digital teams

· Understanding of Figma or Adobe XD (for reviewing design files only)

· Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms

· Knowledge of Agile workflows and client approval processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in digital project management

· Strong understanding of UI/UX workflows (web and mobile projects)

· Experience working with design and development teams

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, etc.)

· Ability to handle multiple projects and client communications simultaneously

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
