PROJECT MANGER-CIVIL

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and oversee high-rise and villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale residential developments and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise and villa construction projects
• Oversee site operations, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Prepare progress reports and resolve on-site challenges effectively

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects
• Proven experience managing villa construction projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, planning, and cost control
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must be locally available for immediate joining (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED35,000.00 per month
