Role Purpose

To plan, coordinate, monitor, and control logistics and warehouse development projects across Bengaluru, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, statutory approvals, and seamless coordination between design, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Monitoring: Prepare schedules, maintain KPIs, conduct weekly reviews, and propose recovery plans.
• Design & Technical Coordination: Work with architects, PEB, structural and MEP consultants; ensure NBC compliance.
• Procurement & Contracts: Support tendering, verify BOQs, track long-lead items like PEB, fire pumps, electrical panels.
• Construction Oversight: Coordinate civil, PEB, MEP, and fire system execution; ensure quality and safety.
• Statutory Approvals: Fire NOC, BESCOM/TNEB power, PCB clearance, DTCP/CMDA/BDA/BMRDA approvals.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare MIS dashboards, MOMs, QA/QC records.
• Handover & Close-Out: Testing, commissioning, snag closure, and O&M manuals.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of PEB structures, docks, floors, utilities, and fire systems
• Familiarity with South India statutory processes
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical
• 3–12 years of experience (based on role level)
• Experience in logistics parks, industrial buildings, warehousing preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
