Project Officer (Female)

PROJECT OFFICER - FEMALES ONLY

A leading sports-promoting non-profit organization based in Karachi is looking for a passionate and dedicated "Officer – Project" to support the smooth execution of their school sports programs across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct school visits for RAG rating, documentation, teacher onboarding, and identifying new partner schools.
• Maintain regular communication with schools via calls/WhatsApp and update RAG reports.
• Organize and hand over school records to the Senior Officer.
• Support school-level competitions, events, and training sessions.
• Assist in planning and facilitating Teacher and Master Training sessions.
• Act as a bridge between the Data Team and school representatives.
• Participate in coordination meetings with the Operations Team.

Requirements:

• Females are encouraged to apply
• Must have a confident personality to communicate
• Candidate with Sports education and background will have an added advantage
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for education, youth development, and sports
• Willingness to travel for school visits

Note: No prior experience is required. Candidates should have basic knowledge of sports.

Salary package: 50k - 55k

Location: Garden Area near Gurumandir, Karachi

Timing: 8am - 5pm
