We’re seeking a Project Operations Associate to join our growing team and play a vital role in executing high-impact campaigns, events, and activations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth, on-ground execution and backend coordination.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate & Communicate: Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, partners, and institutions—managing communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support Project Execution: Assist in planning and executing events and campaigns in coordination with project managers.
- Manage Operations: Track shipments, handle logistics, and provide customer support for ongoing campaigns and product deliveries.
- Handle On-Ground Events: Support live events and activations across Delhi and other cities as needed.
- Maintain Project Documentation: Organize data, reports, and feedback using tools like Google Sheets and Drive.
- Problem Solve in Real-Time: Tackle field-level issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills—confident with both phone and email interactions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace and CRM platforms (e.g., Bigin).
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to travel for events and activations.
- A passion for events, storytelling, and creative community experiences.
