Project Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Project Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day execution in our vinyl wrapping department. This role ensures projects are planned, scheduled, and delivered efficiently while maintaining smooth communication between sales, technicians, and clients. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts—from quotations to permits, materials, and on-site readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling & Coordination

- Plan and allocate vinyl wrapping projects, ensuring efficient scheduling of teams and vehicles.
- Engage with technicians daily to confirm site assignments, timelines, and work progress.

• Estimation & Documentation

- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for clients.
- Generate and process required permits for projects.

• Materials & Inventory Management

- Manage stock of vinyl films, tools, and consumables.
- Prepare and dispatch materials for each site before project start.
- Track usage and update inventory systems regularly.
- Flag low-stock items and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

• Site & Quality Support

- Ensure materials and permits are ready before site execution.
- Coordinate with supervisors/inspectors for smooth project delivery.

• Reporting & Updates

- Maintain project schedules and material logs.
- Report on daily operations, material consumption, and project status.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in operations, site coordination, or project management (interiors, fit-out, or vinyl wrapping preferred).
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of permits and site compliance in UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
