Our organization is seeking a motivated engineering professional to join our project team as a Project Operations Engineer. This role provides exposure to real project environments where operational coordination, structured project execution, and strong ownership are essential for successful project delivery.

The role works closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Teams to ensure that operational project requirements are coordinated and tracked efficiently across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Support Project Managers and Engineers in managing operational project requirements

· Follow up on material requests, purchase requests, and delivery schedules

· Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams for project support needs

· Track movement of materials, tools, and manpower across project sites

· Maintain trackers for project requests, deliveries, and pending operational tasks

· Provide regular updates to project teams regarding operational support activities

· Act as a coordination link between office teams and site teams

· Coordinate with CICPA authority for required access passes and maintain tracking of CICPA passes for project teams and supporting staff

Preferred Profile

§ Engineering Degree (Electrical / Electronics / Telecom / Mechanical preferred) – Mandatory

§ Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in project coordination, site support, or operational roles

§ Exposure to Oil & Gas, ELV, Telecom, or industrial project environments preferred

§ Understanding of site requirements, material coordination, and project operations

§ Strong communication and follow-up ability

§ Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting

§ UAE Driving License preferred
