Project Operations Engineer - CAC/Duct

Role:

• Supervise daily activities of the project teams, including CAC and Duct installation supervision, in-house Split installation, site inspection, and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure successful completion of projects as per the agreed scope of work, quality standards and timeline.
• Liaise with 3rd party providers to Liaise with 3rd party providers to provide and source effective solutions to support successful project execution.
• Manage strong relations with key customers, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site supervision of the CAC and Duct projects and ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure that the project is delivered with the agreed scope of work, time and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and the scope of work.
• Conduct site visits for potential projects to provide effective solutions.
• Supervise and guide the work of the project teams to ensure compliance, quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical advice to the installation teams when and as required.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed projects (shop drawings, technical and site inspection reports).
• Prepare estimated prices for potential projects based on on-site inspection reports or drawings.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure the necessary documentation is prepared for potential installation projects.
• Monitor the subcontractor’s performance on-site and provide regular feedback and any potential concerns to the management.
• Liaise with clients to prepare the necessary documentation to meet project requirements.
• Ensure up-to-date project activity data and provide regular progress reports to the management.
• Follow and maintain health and safety procedures and ensure appropriate PPE availability on sites.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, MEP, and HVAC industries.
• Good understanding of site supervision, inspection, and quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
• Strong knowledge of Duct DX, VRF, Chillers, and Package products.
• Hands-on experience using AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
