Job Title: Project Operations Head

Location: Based in Delhi + Frequent Travel Across India

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Project Operations Head to lead execution for school design and build projects across India. This role ensures seamless coordination between site teams, vendors, logistics, procurement, and the internal design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution at multiple project sites pan-India
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, logistics teams, and in-house designers
• Maintain alignment with the Operations & Executive Assistant for all reporting and timelines
• Set up structured processes for planning, execution, quality checks, and handovers
• Track material flow, installation schedules, vendor timelines & site progress
• Troubleshoot on-site issues while ensuring design quality and safety standards
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and site documentation with accuracy
• Ensure adherence to operational workflows and disciplined project execution

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in interior, architectural, or civil project management (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and design documentation
• Excellent coordination & vendor management skills
• Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground management
• Experience in school or educational infrastructure projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
