📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays + 1 additional day/week)

🔧 What You'll Do

• Support full vendor lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking & compliance
• Coordinate small to mid-sized vendor-related projects and technology initiatives
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for vendor performance and project updates
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance & IT for alignment on vendor activities
• Facilitate meetings, prep agendas, track action items
• Streamline workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Keep documentation current across tools like PowerBI, Zylo, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle EBS

🎯 Who You Are:

• 5–10 years in operations, project coordination, or vendor management (tech/IT preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft O365
• Bonus points for experience with: Oracle EBS, ServiceNow, Zylo, PowerBI
• Strong communicator and highly organized
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Experience in vendor governance, procurement, or ITIL/Agile environments is a plus
