Project Performance Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Performance Analyst to join our PMO team. This role is critical in monitoring project performance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

-Collect, review, and validate project performance data from project managers and stakeholders

-Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality baselines

-Develop and maintain project performance dashboards and periodic reports

-Track KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, delays, and budget variances

-Identify performance gaps, deviations, and delivery risks

-Analyze root causes of delays, cost overruns, and underperformance

-Recommend corrective and preventive actions

-Prepare executive summaries and analytical reports for senior management

-Support standardization of PMO reporting templates and governance processes

-Ensure timely and accurate reporting across projects and departments

-Maintain historical performance records and support portfolio-level analysis

Requirements

-2–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, or Project Performance Analysis

-Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)

-Experience in tracking project KPIs and performance metrics

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
