Position title:
Project Planner
Main Responsibilities
1) Schedule Development & Planning
-
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and detailed project timelines across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Define sequencing, critical path, and milestones in collaboration with engineering teams, CQV, manufacturing, quality, and vendors.
2) Schedule Monitoring & Control
-
Track project progress, update forecasts, and perform schedule performance and critical path analysis.

Identify schedule risks, delays, and change impacts while supporting recovery planning and change management.
3) Project Coordination & Stakeholder Support

Coordinate with project managers, construction, engineering, and CQV teams to align schedules with scope, resources, and execution plans.

Support procurement tracking, facilitate schedule reviews, and ensure standardized progress reporting.
4) Reporting & Schedule Analytics

Prepare dashboards, milestone reports, and progress metrics for leadership and governance reviews.

Conduct scheduled risk assessments and scenario modeling, and develop look-ahead and recovery plans.
5) Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

Develop scheduling standards, templates, and structured scheduling procedures across project teams.

Improve planning processes and digital tools, and promote schedule discipline and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
-
Minimum 5+ years of project scheduling experience within capital projects, construction, or manufacturing environments, ideally in life sciences.

Hands-on experience developing, managing, and updating integrated project schedules.

Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, including design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness.
-
Experience working in regulated, biopharma, life sciences, or cleanroom facility projects (preferred).
