Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and validate project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and their utilization.
- Monitor project delays and cost overruns; analyze causes and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality control, safety monitoring, and project management procedures.
- Track project progress and review dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for timeline optimization and process improvements.
- Validate and review site data, material consumption, and billing quantities.
- Manage approval-related clauses in governing tenders through effective coordination and communication.
- Conduct project risk assessments and recommend mitigation or contingency strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and senior management.
- Support management decision-making through analytical insights and project performance reviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage).
- Proven ability to independently manage medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project planning tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in site and field conditions.
- High attention to quality, safety standards, and cost control.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Industry: Civil / ConstructionExperience:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in construction project planning and execution
Reporting To: Management Team
- Preferably experienced in infrastructure or heavy civil projects
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
