Once upon a time (okay… about four decades ago), there was a company called Sympateco, a crew of makers, builders, and problem-solvers who crafted beautiful things out of metal, wood, glass, and grit.

After 40 years of building doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom projects for everyone from small businesses to national brands, a new chapter has unfolded.

Linea Motion was born, a standalone company built on Sympateco’s legacy, but powered by fresh energy, new ideas, and big ambitions. Linea Motion will focus on the production and selling of our interior aluminum doors and windows.

We’re assembling a small but mighty team of people who love rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.

Who We’re Looking For:

A Swiss-Army-Knife Human (yes, really), someone who sees chaos and calmly says,
“I can organize that.”
Someone who can track down the right vendor, chase a quote, wrangle a purchase order, and keep a project moving without needing a marching band behind them.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit still.
It is perfect for someone who:

• Thrives in a small, entrepreneurial, “everyone helps everyone” environment
• Enjoys being the connective tissue between teams
• Is curious, resourceful, and allergic to “that’s not my job”
• Can juggle purchasing, scheduling, follow-ups, material tracking, and light project coordination
• Loves helping build something new from the ground up

What You’ll Do:

(Or as we like to say… how you’ll keep the machine in motion.)

• Own purchasing, sourcing materials, tracking orders, and building vendor relationships
• Help manage and coordinate manufacturing projects from start to finish
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and making sure the right materials arrive at the right time
• Support our production team with whatever they need to stay efficient
• Jump into new tasks as Linea Motion continues to grow and evolve
• Keep communication flowing between departments
• Take pride in improving processes, organization, and structure
• Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to figure things out
• Inventory Management
