What is the job
waiting for you?

This role focuses on cross-functional communication, timeline tracking, documentation, and ensuring that all procurement steps are aligned with project requirements.

Responsible for monitoring all vehicle projects or product changes from the idea stage until product launch.
-
Develop and manage project procurement plans, timelines, and cost targets.
-
Prepare and organize RFQ packages, supplier data, and documentation.
-
Act as the main coordination point between procurement, engineering, quality, logistics, and project management teams to align procurement activities with project goals.

Support project timelines by ensuring all procurement-related information flows smoothly among stakeholders.
-
Follow up with internal teams to ensure sourcing, supplier nomination, and approval steps proceed according to project schedules.

Maintain procurement project trackers, timelines, supplier status reports, and component readiness dashboards.

Escalate delays, risks, or bottlenecks to responsible stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.

Ensure adherence to procurement procedures, approval workflows, and project gates.

Managing the process for Non-Bus Projects as well, including special supplier selection, in line with set targets.
What we a
re looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials and Metallurgy, or Automotive Engineering
-
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions (preferably in the automotive industry).

Strong understanding of automotive components, supplier processes, and production environments.
-
Experience with project-based procurement or new product introduction (NPI) is an asset.
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
-
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, or similar) and MS Office tools.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under time pressure.
-
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
-
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
