Position: Project Risk Analyst

We are looking for a
Project Risk Analyst
to join our Group Risk Management team. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring project-related risks throughout the project lifecycle to support effective mitigation and successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening project governance by embedding risk awareness, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and providing structured reporting to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment

Identify potential risks by studying project context and elements (financial, operational, technical, legal)

Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and evaluate impacts

Collaborate with project teams to understand existing controls
Mitigation Planning

Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies

Coordinate with project managers on timely risk response and escalation

Recommend improvements based on mitigation effectiveness reviews
Risk Monitoring

Track risks, indicators, and mitigation actions throughout the lifecycle

Maintain and update the risk register

Communicate emerging risks to relevant stakeholders
Reporting & Communication

Prepare accurate and comprehensive risk reports

Provide insights to support decision-making

Deliver risk awareness training and workshops

Maintain clear documentation and reporting transparency
Process Management & Improvement

Enhance project risk management practices and systems

Develop project risk management plans with project managers

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Support digital transformation initiatives in risk management
Qualifications & Experience
-
5+ years of experience in project risk management or project management
-
Knowledge of risk analysis tools such as SWOT, PESTLE, and Monte Carlo
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Professional certifications (CQRM, PMI-RMP) are a plus
-
Proficiency in risk management software, MS Project, Excel, and data analysis tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in dynamic environments
