Minimum Qualification
POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME IN HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT (PGP HSEM)
Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Construction.
Job responsibilities will include
a) Develop, implement and update safety policies and procedures specific to the project and ensuring compliance with local, state and other regulatory bodies
b)Promote and enforce strict safety protocols to protect workers and the environment during construction and ensure that project complies with environment safety standards and minimizes environmental impact
c)Develop and deliver safety training programs for project personnel covering topics such as hazard recognition and mitigation, emergency response system and the proper use of PPE's
d)Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify safety concerns and shorcomings and recimmend corrective actions
e) Foster a safety conscious work environment and promote best practices among project team members
