Project Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Project Engineer – Lighting, Home Automation & MEP

Location: UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in UAE
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Engineer to generate and secure new projects in the UAE market. The candidate will be responsible for bringing in projects related to:

• Lighting Solutions (Indoor & Outdoor)
• Home Automation Systems
• Kids Playground Equipment
• Garden & Parking Umbrellas / Shade Structures
• MEP Works

The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge, existing client connections, and a proven track record in project sales within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new project opportunities in UAE.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals.
• Follow up on tenders and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend site meetings and client presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in project sales (Lighting / MEP / Automation preferred).
• Strong network with consultants, contractors & developers in UAE.
• Technical knowledge in lighting systems, automation, and MEP.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
