Role Summary
A highly skilled *Project* Sales Engineer with 5 years of experience in bridging civil engineering expertise with sales strategies to drive revenue and client satisfaction in the construction sector. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, developing tailored civil construction solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for civil construction products, systems, and solutions targeting contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and consultations to explain design concepts, product specifications, and installation methods.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents for civil works.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure proper execution of awarded projects.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and new project opportunities in the UAE construction market.
- Provide after-sales technical support, attend site issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and internal procedures on all assigned projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering* (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the construction or engineering sector in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.

- Key KPIs: achievement of annual sales targets, growth in client portfolio, proposal/tender submission accuracy and timeliness, and client satisfaction levels.
