Project Sales Engineer
to join our Domestic Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the technical sales process for radiant heating & cooling solutions

Prepare project proposals; analyze technical specifications and drawings to deliver accurate system solutions

Coordinate technically with customers, project companies, architects, and implementers

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to secure long-term business opportunities
-
Support projects using software such as AutoCAD and Revit; perform system calculations
-
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support; participate in site visits and commissioning
-
Collaborate with global teams to ensure technical compliance in projects
-
Conduct active site visits to achieve sales targets and expand dealer/sales channels
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, and business development in underfloor heating, HVAC, or mechanical installation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to assess customer needs and align them with company capabilities

Result- and solution-oriented; strategic thinker with excellent communication and representation skills

Target-driven; capable of planning and executing projects with strong customer focus

Advanced English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
