Project Sales Executive (B2B – Construction/Materials)
Role Overview
We are seeking two high-energy Project Sales Executives to drive our business growth within the construction and real estate sectors. You will be responsible for identifying upcoming projects and building long-term partnerships with the key decision-makers who specify and buy building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and track new construction projects, renovations, and large-scale developments.
- Network Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Contractors, Consultants, Architects, and Developers.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct site visits and office meetings to present our product range (including Porcelain Tiles and related solutions).
- Quotes & Tenders: Prepare accurate technical quotations and handle the negotiation process to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Closing & Targets: Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to final payment collection, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor pricing, new project announcements, and industry trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success in Project Sales or B2B Sales (Experience in the construction or building material industry is highly preferred).
- Skills: * Strong negotiation and "closing" skills.
- Ability to read and understand project specifications or BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
