Build Station Is Hiring: Project Sales Manager – Sanitaryware & Tiles

Location: Al Quoz Creative Zone, Dubai, UAE

Role Summary:

Drive revenue growth by securing high value sanitaryware and tile projects across UAE’s real estate, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The role demands a strong industry network, consultative selling ability, and end-to-end ownership of the project sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities (Enhanced & Sales-Focused)

1. Revenue & Business Development Ownership

  • Generate and close new business opportunities within real estate developers, consultants, and contractors
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong pipeline strategy
  • Position the company as a preferred supplier for premium sanitaryware and tile solutions

2. Pipeline & Project Sales Management

  • Identify and secure high-value projects across UAE (residential, hospitality, commercial)
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → specification → negotiation → order closure → delivery follow-up

Maintain an active and accurate pipeline with clear conversion tracking

3. Client Relationship & Network Expansion

Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors

  • Leverage an existing network to generate immediate business opportunities
  • Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships with key accounts

4. Consultative & Technical Selling

  • Advise clients on:
  • Product selection (porcelain tiles, sanitaryware systems)
  • Durability, slip resistance, and compliance standards
  • Water efficiency and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for technical proposals and customized solutions

5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Track competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends
  • Identify new product opportunities and customer demands
  • Provide feedback to management for strategic decisions

6. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accuracy in quotations, BOQs, and specifications
  • Coordinate internally for timely delivery and project execution
  • Maintain strong follow-up on payments and post-sales service

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in UAE building materials market
  • Strong exposure to sanitaryware (mandatory) and preferably tiles

Proven Sales Ability

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience handling project-based sales (not just retail/showroom)

Industry Network

  • Active relationships with:

Consultants

Contractors

Developers

Interior designers

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Sanitaryware systems
  • Tile specifications and applications
  • UAE project standards and approval processes
  • Awareness of global trends and sustainable solutions

Communication & Personality

  • Confident, persuasive, and commercially driven
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to handle high-value clients professionally

Execution & Discipline

  • Highly organized with strong CRM/pipeline management skills
  • Detail-oriented in quotations and project follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure

Note:

Office Timming: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday

Remarks: Immediate Joiners with good experience and expertise an active client base in UAE and Arabic will be preferred.
