Role Objective
To drive and secure NOLTE brand project sales within the Central Region by identifying, developing, and managing SME, corporate, and developer-based kitchen projects while ensuring full alignment with brand standards and profitability targets.
Minimum Qualifications

High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil / Industrial Engineering
-
Minimum 3–5 years experience in project sales within kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, interiors or fit-out industry
-
Strong knowledge of tendering process and BOQ interpretation

Valid Saudi driving license

Key Responsibilities

Source and develop new project opportunities for NOLTE kitchens

Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers

Pre-qualify RFQs and tenders with technical input

Support estimation and pricing review

Coordinate with design and execution teams
