Role Objective

To drive and secure NOLTE brand project sales within the Central Region by identifying, developing, and managing SME, corporate, and developer-based kitchen projects while ensuring full alignment with brand standards and profitability targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil / Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in project sales within kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, interiors or fit-out industry
  • Strong knowledge of tendering process and BOQ interpretation
  • Valid Saudi driving license

Languages Required

  • Arabic (Fluent – Mandatory)
  • English (Professional Working Proficiency)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new project opportunities for NOLTE kitchens
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers
  • Pre-qualify RFQs and tenders with technical input
  • Support estimation and pricing review
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams
  • Maintain strong client engagement
  • Provide forecast & pipeline reports
  • Ensure brand positioning and premium standards
