Project Sales(Post Construction)

• Generate and manage post-construction sales opportunities for items such as Aluminium windows, MS windows, FRP doors, WPC doors, Fire doors, MS doors, Rolling shutters, MS grill work, and boundary wall works.
• Build and maintain a strong client base with contractors, consultants, builders, and facility teams to secure repeat and new post-construction orders.
• Identify new leads through continuous site visits, contractor/consultant interactions, and project tracking.
• Meet clients and stakeholders to present product solutions, handle discussions, and close sales orders.
• Evaluate site conditions and understand material requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams for solution design, costing, and feasibility.
• Prepare BOQs, detailed cost estimates, and quotations for all post-construction items.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, timelines, and scope of work with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with PMC teams, architects, contractors, and decision-makers to ensure continuous business generation.
• Provide technical clarifications and support during evaluation and order–finalization stages.
• Finalize orders and coordinate internally for smooth execution, delivery, and installation.
• Support site teams during installation, measurement checks, and handover when required.
• Maintain updated records of leads, quotations, site measurements, client approvals, and order status.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
• Civil or Mechanical engineering background is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
