Project Scheduler (Civil and Interior) Primavera-P6

We are seeking a competent Project Scheduler for Civil and Interior projects, having good knowledge in Primavera 6 and MSP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Create detailed project schedules for interior projects, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are captured accurately, and deadlines are met.
• Track Project Progress: Monitor and update project schedules, identifying any delays, changes, or issues that may affect timelines and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or disruptions.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure proper allocation of resources (labor, materials, equipment) based on the project schedule and needs.
• Forecast and Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, including critical path analysis, and present them to project managers and senior leadership to facilitate decision-making.
• Change Management: Incorporate changes or modifications into the project schedule as needed, ensuring adjustments are communicated to all stakeholders.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure schedules align with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: B. Tech.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the interior manufacturing or construction industry.
• Proven Skills: Strong knowledge of project management software Primavera P6 (must), MS Project with proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed schedules.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with interior project processes and timelines
• Experience in coordinating large-scale construction or renovation projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
