We are seeking competent Site Secretary cum Document Controller s with minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction industry experience . The ideal candidate will efficiently manage project documentation and provide strong administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and update all project documents, including drawings, submittals, RFIs and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate filing, version control, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Upload and track documents through internal systems, client platforms, and relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients for submissions and approvals.
  • Follow up on pending documents and maintain updated logs and tracking sheets.
  • Assist with meeting minutes, transmittals, letters, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support QA/QC requirements, archiving, and project close-out documentation.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in a UAE contracting/construction company.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document control tools.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working under pressure.
