Project Security Manager

United Security Group is seeking an experienced and highly professional Project Security Manager to oversee and manage security operations for a major project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive security management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of UAE security regulations and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall project security operations
• Lead and coordinate security teams to ensure effective site protection
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal departments regarding security matters
• Prepare reports, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor security performance and maintain high operational standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of security experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications
• Must hold a valid UAE security license from the relevant authority
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
