My tasks are:

Support project setup and execution across PMO functions including planning, cost control, reporting, procurement, and quality/HSE.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate project data, including resource planning, invoicing, and performance metrics.

Drive monthly reviews of project KPIs and cost performance with Project Managers.

Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SharePoint.

Participate in audits, project reviews, and document control setup.

Promote ILF’s project management methodology and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Strong ability to identify trends and inconsistencies in project and performance data
I should have:

12+ years of experience in PMO, project engineering, or cost control within engineering or EPC/EPCM/PMT environments.

Strong knowledge of project performance metrics, cost control, and commercial support.

Proficient in Microsoft 365; familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PMI certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Mandatory proficiency in English.
