Project / Site Civil Engineers

We are a reputable general contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in villa and commercial construction projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project / Site Civil Engineers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and ADM regulations.
• Oversee progress, quality, safety, and cost control on site.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Manage project delivery from initiation to successful handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the UAE in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of completing at least 5 full projects from start to handover.
• Must hold a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) License.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Can join immediately.
