Project Site Engineer for Fit out Works

Looking for Site Engineer Fit out / Construction with Minimum 5 year's experience in Dubai .

· UAE Driving License with own vehicle is a must .

· Good knowledge in M.E.P

· Good knowledge in Civil works - Construction works
· Good knowledge in Joinery works

· Good knowledge in Finishing

· Good knowledge in Material cost & Procurement and required QTY

· Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate.

· Ability to follow up and inspect all Joinery Works with Subcontractors

· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

· Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.

· Quality Control of work done at site.

· Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget

· Manage day-to-day of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors

· Review and approve all invoices related to the project

· Ensure that the project is completed on time

· Prepare progress reports for the client and company management

· Liaise with UAE Authorities

· Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly

· Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers,
