Hiring: Project Sourcing Specialist – Electrical

Location: Pune

Salary: Up to 25LPA

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Procurement Specialist (12–15 yrs) to lead sourcing for major power, renewable & EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end procurement and sourcing (RFQ, TBA, CBA, negotiations)

* Electrical Procurement

* Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/ISO & utility standards

* Manage vendor performance, contracts, KPIs & FAT inspections

* Collaborate with engineering, EPC partners & logistics

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master's

* Strong techno-commercial expertise in electrical systems procurement

* Experience with FIDIC, INCOTERMS, UCP 600

* Excellent negotiation & ERP skills
