Support to Project and Account Managers:

Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to understand customer requests.

Assist in acquiring customer needs and translating client needs into technical specifications for the development team.

Provide technical insights to enhance project planning and client communications.
Project Execution:

Work closely with the technical team to implement customer requests accurately.

Ensure that all technical aspects align with client requirements and company standards.
Documentation:

Update and maintain project sheets, ensuring all information is current and accessible ( The projects that he/she takes action in)

Prepare detailed reports on project status, timelines, and deliverables for internal stakeholders on timely basis.
Workflow Design:

Create comprehensive workflows to outline project processes and functionalities.

Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure workflows are user-centric and efficient.
Mockup Creation:

Develop mockups and wireframes for web pages and app screens to support UI/UX development.

Assist in refining design elements based on best practices and team feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Participate in internal meetings to provide updates and gather input from various team members.

Set WBS for the projects.

Prior experience with the above roles.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Project Management is a plus.
