Position Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role:

Reef Holding is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Product Management team by managing and coordinating product-related projects from initiation to completion.

This role focuses on project planning, cross-functional coordination, timeline management, and execution follow-up ensuring that product development initiatives move smoothly across departments, stay on schedule, and align with business and market objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in project management, product development, and cross-team collaboration within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage product development projects end-to-end:

  • Coordinate product-related projects from concept initiation through development, launch, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure cross-functional coordination and execution:

  • Act as a central point of contact between Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, and external partners.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned and address delays proactively.

Support product and market initiatives:

  • Assist in market and competitor analysis to support new product initiatives and enhancements.
  • Support concept testing (Concept Testing) and pilot product evaluations prior to full-scale launch.

Track performance and report progress:

  • Monitor key project and pilot product KPIs and prepare regular progress and performance reports.
  • Document market research findings and translate insights into actionable project recommendations.

Support commercial readiness and planning:

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to assess product readiness for commercialization.
  • Support pricing analysis based on cost structures, competitor benchmarks, and perceived value.
  • Assist in building and updating product development roadmaps aligned with short- and long-term opportunities.

Vendor and partner coordination:

  • Support coordination with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure alignment with commercial and project requirements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, product development, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong interest in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High analytical skills with the ability to organize data and insights into structured reports.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure projects stay on track.
